Plans are always in a state of flux. As a public charity we try to be as transparent as possible with our plans for action, but you will quickly see that some plans here are less concrete than others. A plan begins with a simply declaration of an issue. As we learn more we rewrite the plan with greater specification and clarity. Plans guide and integrate our actions. Discussing plans and their effectiveness has a high priority. We are open to other organizations using our plans and actively encourage coordination with them. Our principle is simply to effect change that is gender inclusive, fair, equitable, and in the best interests of all of us. Everyone, member and non-member, is invited to comment on our plans.
