I am still fighting for my cause to win my freedom. I am on what I consider my last effort with the Courts to finally succeed. But I seriously need your financial donations.

Jodi Doak has agreed to help on a significantly reduced fee ($50.00 per hour fro!1l $150 per hour plus ancillary costs, such as travel, postage and secretarial cost and filing fees). Ms. Doak is Peter Vellenga's step-daughter (Peter was on Phil Donahue o~ my behalf in 1991 and has assisted me previously pro bono. Peter is now retired).

The projects we will be working on are :

(1) Pardon Requests as allowed
(2) Motion to Proceed out of Time with the us Supreme Court
(3) Motion to Preserve Evidence
(4) Writ of Habeas Corpus
(5) Parole Issues
(6) Possible Motion for DNA Testing

As we proceed, some of these avenues may be more appropriate than others and may be pursued over others.

Ms. Doak has agreed to help me proceed in pro per (to assist me in preparing legal documents and proceedings in court) to the fullest extent her firm can handle. Her small firm is herself and apart time secretary.

Ms Doak has recently visited me in prison and reviewed all the legal issues with me in a record breaking 8 hour attorney visit, after driving 4 hours round trip. She tied for 4th place in the history of Thomas Cooley Law School for GP A and is in her third year of practice in Michigan. Her address is:
